I started teaching the Carpentry Program at Mid-Coast School of Technology in Rockland, Maine,in May of 2000. Since that time I have had well over 200 students go through my program and we have built dozens of buildings, both big and small.This website is for all of us to keep in touch and share what we have learned, and what we are doing.Keep it clean and have fun. The little connector that joins the two halves together will be built in the shop in eight foot sections and put into place after the trusses are all up. This will be taken off to allow the roof sections to be lowered for transporting down the road and reinstalled and shingled at the final resting place.
