Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

To all of my students, past and present, and their families, I wish you the best of things to come in the New Year. I look forward to 2007 and all of the work that lies before us on the new house we are building. There will still be cold days outside but most of the work will be inside where it is warm and dry. We will be installing stapping for the sheet rock, insulation, hanging sheet rock, painting, hanging interior doors, trimming doors and windows, flooring, and kitchen cabinets and counter tops. We still have windows and exterior doors to hang. And don't forget the siding! So enjoy the last few days of vacation and get rested up because their is much to do before the end of school. Oh yeah, and the chairs.

We Did It !!

Our goal was to get the building closed in and water tight before Christmas break. It took hard work and good weather which we got both of. Let it snow! The students were great! When we come back next year, we will have a heater on the inside for the cold days or we can keep working on the outside, putting in doors and windows, and putting on siding. It has been a great project. The students have exceeded my expectations. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of my students, past and present, and their families.
